We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, here is how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund of your subscription payment — including the $3.95 7-Day Access fee — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Renewals

Refunds for renewed billing periods ($34.95 per month on the 7-Day Access plan, or $34.95 per month on the Monthly Plan) are granted within 14 days of the renewal charge, provided the renewal access was not used.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal link on the Manage page, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the already-paid period.
